Our Rates
Rates do not include sales tax and are subject to change without notice. The Town of Mammoth Lakes charges a bed tax (currently 14%), so do check with us about current rates.
Please contact the owners about reduced rates for small groups.

Reservations
If you have any questions or are ready to reserve your space at the lodge, e-mail us, or
contact us.
When you write, please include the following information:

- Your Telephone Number (day & evening.)
- Your postal address
- Your e-mail address
- Dates Desired
- Number of People
- Type of accommodations:
- Dorm Bed
- Room with bath across the hallway
- Room with Private Bath
- Entire Lodge
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required within Seven (7) days of booking to hold your reservation. The balance is due 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival date are payable in full.
Cancellations & Refunds:

If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before
arrival date, a full refund will be given less a $25.00 service charge.

If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date, no
refund will be given unless we can re-book your space.

No refunds are given for weather condition, road condition,
early departure, or other elements beyond our control.

Please Note: We do not provide maid service (this helps keep our rates down), so we ask that individuals and groups clean up after themselves and to empty kitchen waste baskets as needed and to wash, dry, and put away dishes and cooking items.
